Co-founded a start-up that maximised property investors’ cashflow by capitalising on the growing popularity of Airbnb. I helped scale the business by designing, implementing and rapidly enhancing the technology stack that supported the Guest Services and Operations team. We chose to stay lean by implementing and integrating quality SaaS solutions on the market (rather than building our own from scratch) and automating any operational process we could get our hands on.
